01What does Tera2Nano do?
We build intelligent products and engineered digital systems — applied AI, distributed architecture, data pipelines and interface engineering — that turn complex problems into simple, scalable experiences.
02Who do you work with?
Startups, product teams and organisations with difficult technical problems. We also build and run our own products, including Code2Day and EveGen.
03How do I start a project with you?
Send a short brief through the contact form on the home page or the Contact page. Include what you are trying to achieve, a rough budget and timeline, and we will reply by email.
04What are Code2Day and EveGen?
Code2Day is our gamified coding platform for students and developers. EveGen is our neural question-generation engine, built around curriculum-aligned assessment.
05Do you offer internships, and are they paid?
Yes. We run 3–6 month internships with 1-on-1 mentorship and a monthly stipend, with a path to a pre-placement offer for strong performers. Current stipends are shown on each role.
06Do I need a particular degree or college to apply?
No. We care about what you can build, not your pedigree. Share your projects, GitHub or portfolio when you apply.
07What does the hiring process look like?
Four steps: application and code samples, a practical system challenge, an architecture deep-dive, and a final conversation. We aim to give feedback within 48 to 72 business hours at each stage.
08Where are roles based?
Roles are hybrid or remote, with teams in Chennai and Bangalore and remote options in India. Each listing shows its location.
09There is no open role for me. Can I still apply?
Yes. Use “Start here” in the talent community section of the Careers page to share your background and résumé, and we will contact you if a fitting role opens.
10What happens to my résumé and personal data?
It is used only to assess your application and kept for a limited period. See our Candidate Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy for details, and email us any time to have it deleted.
11How do I report a security issue or accessibility problem?
