Candidate Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your academic year or experience level and a short description of your background.
• Links to your portfolio, GitHub or projects, and your cover note.
• Your résumé, if you upload one, which may contain further details you choose to include.
• Notes made by our team while reviewing your application, and the outcome.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as government ID numbers, health details or caste or religion, in your application.

Why we use it

• To assess your skills and suitability for the role you applied to, or for future roles if you join the talent community.
• To contact you about interviews, exercises and decisions.
• To keep records needed for fair and lawful hiring.

We do not make hiring decisions solely by automated means.

Who can see it

Your application is visible to the Tera2Nano team members involved in hiring, and to service providers who host our systems. We do not share it with other companies without your permission, except where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for up to 12 months after the role closes. If you join the talent community, we keep your profile for the same period and ask whether you would like to stay on it. If we hire you, relevant information moves into your employment records.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your application, or to withdraw from the talent community, at any time by emailing support@tera2nano.com with “Candidate” in the subject. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Fair hiring

We assess skills and potential over pedigree, and we do not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, disability, religion, caste, race, nationality, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic. If you need an adjustment during the process, tell us and we will work with you.
